Return Instructions
Return your empty totes in 4 simple steps ...
- Step 1: When you have at least 4 empty totes to return, you must complete a Pick-Up Request Form.

- Step 2: If you used the online form above, you will receive an Empty Container Certification, which must be signed and faxed to (248) 625-3066. If you used ITW Foamseal's® form above, you can skip this step.
|
- Step 3: Next, you will be sent a completed Bill of Lading, which must be signed. If you used the online form in Step 1 above, you must fax the signed Bill of Lading to (248) 625-3066. If you used ITW Foamseal's® form in Step 1 above, you can skip faxing the Bill of Lading.

- Step 4: Finally, a carrier will pick up your totes to be processed and recycled.
