FOAMSEAL® ADDS A LITTLE COLOR TO ADHESIVE
Rockland, MA (February 20, 2006) ITW TACC, manufacturer of innovative adhesive solutions for manufactured housing and recreational vehicles has added a little color to its one-part polyurethane adhesive. The new vibrant red adhesive, Foamseal’s F6400LVR, replaces its honey-colored predecessor, making proper application easier and reducing product waste. Foamseal adhesives are used for wall and floor applications.
F6400LVR polyurethane adhesive permanently bonds a variety of commonly used building products such as gypsum board, FRP, luan, dimensional lumber, OSB, plywood and particle board. The color innovation saves material and labor costs while improving construction quality. The vibrant red color allows adhesive applicators to easily see where and how much adhesive has been applied, preventing over-application. The new color also simplifies repairs because applicators can quickly detect any excess adhesive squeezed out on finished side walls or floor panels.
